The ABA Journal has just released its 6th Annual Blawg 100, a compilation of the top law blogs (or “blawgs”) for 2012. Blogs in a number of subject categories, from Legal Research/Writing and Careers/Law Schools to Trial Practice and For Fun, are featured. New this year is the inaugural “Blawg 100 Hall of Fame”, listing perennial favorite law blogs. Users can browse the listing and vote for their favorite blog on the ABA Journal website through Dec. 21.
Law blogs are excellent tools for keeping up with the latest developments in the legal field, or even just for taking a study break! They can also be helpful resources when you’re trying to think of a paper topic for your seminar class. In addition to the ABA Journal’s Blawg 100 list, consider checking out Justia’s BlawgSearch. This helpful website allows you to search for blogs according to keyword or browse blogs by subject, and also offers lists of the most popular legal blogs.
