Doroteia Silva de Azevedo Mota is a Brazilian, Federal Labor and Employment Judge, who lives in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. She earned a first degree in Law at Universidade Catolica do Salvador, Brazil, specialization in Constitutional Labor Law at Universidade Federal da Bahia, and an LLM in Dispute Resolution from Straus Institute Pepperdine Law.
