The Harnish Law Library now subscribes to Oxford Legal Research Library’s International Commercial Arbitration collection, the subject of this week’s e-resource spotlight.
This new resource is an e-book collection that brings together some of the leading texts in the field of arbitration. The collection includes treaties, texts that cover some of the key arbitral bodies and jurisdictions, and a number of officially recognized texts covering the rules of particular arbitral bodies.
The database is divided into two general subject areas: International Courts and Tribunals and Settlement of Disputes. In addition to keyword searches, users can search by one of the above subject areas, by author, or by title. Several of the titles in the collection are also available in print at the Harnish Law Library, which means that with this new e-resource, Pepperdine Law students, faculty, and staff now have the flexibility of reading the materials in the collection in print or on their chosen electronic device.
The Oxford Legal Research Library: International Commercial Arbitration is accessible through the Harnish Law Library’s Online Databases webpage with your Wavenet ID and password.
