Tue, Sept. 8, 2015 — On September 8, international students, along with the entire law school community, participated in our first Global Village Day. Global Village Day celebrated national, regional, and ethnic cultures through food, music, and fashion. All of the nationalities represented in the SBA ethnic student organizations and Straus Institute were featured.
Students, faculty and staff who participated in the event represented: American South, Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, Armenian Law Students Association, Augsburg Exchange Students, Belgium, Black Law Students Association, Bolivia, Brazil, China, Egypt, France, Ghana, Great Britain, Greece, Hispanic Law Students Association, Hungary, India, Iran, Italy, Jewish Law Students Association, Kuwait, Mexico, Native American, Saudi Arabia, Uganda, and United Arab Emirates.
