Trial Attorney, Appellate Section, Tax Division, U.S. Department of Justice, Attorney General’s Honor Graduate Program, 1955-60; Tax Counsel, Hunt Foods & Industries, Inc., 1961-63; member of law firm of Pacht, Ross, Warne, Bernhard, and Sears, Los Angeles, 1963-71; Attorney, Norton Simon, Inc., Los Angeles, 1971-74; Professor of Law, University of Iowa, Iowa City, 1974-81; Professor in Residence, Tax Division, Department of Justice, 1979-81; Visiting Professor of Law, Pepperdine University, Malibu, Calif., 1981-82; Professor of Law, Temple University, Philadelphia, 1982-83.
