From Foley & Mansfield PLLP:
Amadea Groseclose is an attorney in Foley & Mansfield’s Los Angeles office, where she focuses her practice in business and corporate law and commercial litigation. Amadea counsels and defends companies and business owners in matters including breach of contract, business torts, statutory claims, employment matters and class actions. Amadea’ s background in international economics enables her to help businesses develop and implement plans for growth and sustainability in our increasingly borderless marketplace, from helping small businesses organize and operate profitably to counseling corporate clients regarding the many legal and financial aspects of cross-border transactions.
As an analyst for Grameen Bank in Dhaka, Bangladesh – the world’s first and largest micro-finance institution – Amadea assisted in drafting laws that created access to capital for low income borrowers and assisted clients in creating and operating small businesses at a profit.
