New HeinOnline Library: Congress and the Courts

The “Congress and the Courts” library is now part of our HeinOnline subscription. This fantastic new resource features William H. Manz’s Congress and the Courts: A Legislative History 1787-2010, which compiles congressional materials on the formation and structure of the federal government. Other helpful new materials include a comprehensive collection of Federal Judicial Center Publications, related periodicals and scholarly articles, and more.

To access HeinOnline’s Congress and the Courts library, visit the Law Library’s Online Databases page and click on “H” to find the link to HeinOnline. After you have logged in with your WaveNet ID and password, find the link to Congress and the Courts under “Subscribed Libraries”. There are multiple browsing options, including viewing a list of all titles in the library, or viewing materials by type (such as “Periodicals” or “Federal Judicial Center Publications”).
