No doubt about it, law school is tough and stressful. While a little bit of stress can be good, too much stress can wreak havoc on the body and the mind. Thus, finding ways to deal with stress is key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and a healthy mind. One way to de-stress is with regular exercise, and one type of exercise you might try is yoga.
Recently, the Law Library began offering a 5-week yoga series at the Quiet Gym on Wednesdays at 5pm. Students, faculty and staff are all welcome to join in a 50-minute yoga session in the new gym located on the first floor of the Law Library. Mats will be provided. Sign up at the front desk in the Law Library to reserve your spot. Yoga sessions are limited to 20 people so sign up before you lose your spot.
