The discussions also included the Romanian participation in NATO as one of the closest allies of the US in the region. The discussions included the need for conflict management and leadership coaching of new business leaders. Mediation is a new field in the Balkan region and Carina was proud to discuss and share her acquired expertise in the MDR program at the Straus Institute.
