Professor Maureen Weston Participates in “NCAA v. Alston: Will Amateurism Survive?” — ABA Sports Conference

January 16, 2019 | Professor Maureen Arellano Weston participated in the panel, “NCAA v. Alston: Will Amateurism Survive?” that examined pending antitrust litigation regarding NCAA rules banning payment to college athletes.¬† The conference was hosted by the ABA Section on Antitrust and Amateur Sports, with with moderator¬†Bryan Bloom, New York Assistant Attorney General, Professor Michael Carrier, Rutgers Law School, Professor Gabe Feldman, Tulane Law School, and attorney Sathya Gosselin, Hausfeld LLP.
