Due: August 30, 2019 | For students interested and looking for more experience in trial practice, there is space for more students in the Restoration and Justice Clinic.
The Restoration and Justice Clinic represents victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, sexual assault and other gender-based crimes. It is housed in the law school and partners with legal and social service agencies in Southern California to facilitate comprehensive services for our clients and to provide experiences in multidisciplinary practice for our students.
The Disaster Recovery Clinic provides limited-scope, pro bono legal services to people and communities harmed by wildfires in Southern California in 2018. The practice of the Clinic includes but is not limited to representation of clients with legal issues related to permitting and rebuilding, landlord-tenant relationships, insurance, and FEMA, among other things.
