  • Position Overview
    • Responsible for assessing organizational development, talent management, and training needs within the UHS system and addressing them with effective performance improvement interventions. Designs, develops and delivers non-clinical training/educational programs for employees and management staff, based on identified needs.A major focus of this role will be on improving the Patient Experience.
  • Position Requirements
    • Education/Experience
      • Minimum Required:
        • Bachelor’s Degree in training and development, organizational development, education or related topic
        • Minimum of 5 years of training and development experience, including leadership and management development
      • Preferred:
        • Advanced degree in Human Resources-related field
